Thanks and true. I remember scrolling through Twitter and having anxiety due to OCD from seeing some tweets and posts, also having my blood boil at some tweets. So social media can be bad for mental health especially for people already with mental health problems.

Well, I saw a type of tweet / post that made me deactivate Twitter. Considering leaving here too. It's bad for my OCD.
