unable to work out like I'd been doing, I got into a funk & started comfort eating, gained 20+ over the last 8 months. thankfully, I feel like I'm turning the corner on the food again and my workouts are normalizing

3 mo & 3 days after surgery, I've been released by Dr & PT folx. still strengthening work to do, but can do it on my own.
the whole thing threw me for a loop. injury occured in May/June & I finally saw surgeon in late Aug/early Sept. stubborn or denial, either way I shouldn't have waited that long
