Headed into Father’s Day weekend, we’re taking a moment to marvel at Father of the Forest, an iconic old-growth redwood. Scarred and damaged by the CZU fires in 2020, Father of the Forest survived and continues to recover and thrive today.

A big thank you to the volunteers who joined us for a busy hands-on workday! In partnership with #BigBasinRedwoods State Park, we created brush piles in the Redwood Grove to assist in fuel reduction efforts and forest management.
