Feb 03: Program Design School Join Erin Fischer from the Leadership and Training Studio for a two-day, hands-on, engaging session where you will learn how to write participant guides, facilitator guides, and identitfy learning methods. Mar 03: Facilitation School Learn the top 12 things participants need from facilitators, how to flex your style, how to make concepts sticky, the power of storytelling, and leave with tips and tricks to make your programs more interactive.

Dr. Chinyere Oparah is the Founder and CEO of the Center for Liberated Leadership, where she provides executive and trauma-informed coaching, leadership development, and organizational strategy for higher-education and mission-driven leaders. With 30+ years as a professor, dean, VPAA, and movement builder, she brings deep expertise in leading change in volatile, politically charged environments; building high-trust, high-performance teams; fostering equitable campus climates; creating community-driven strategic plans; and guiding organizational restructuring with compassion. A sociologist and justice-centered activist scholar, Dr. Oparah developed the Liberated Leadership paradigm—a humanizing, purpose-driven approach to transformational leadership—and created NeuroSpicy Leaders to support autistic and ADHD leaders.
