this happened weeks ago and I forgot to post but man I wish I took a photo of his face, was floored

genuinely was just a bit of a slip up because he was quite chatty about everything and didn’t ask me what DRS stands for 😀

but let it serve as a reminder to not just assume anything about anyone

we went to a house viewing and as I look around Josh starts talking F1 to the agent, he looks at me & says “do you go shopping on Sunday’s to get out the house then?”

I responded “I work on Sundays” he then asks “what do you do?” I have the pleasure of saying..

“I work in F1.”

promised myself i wouldn’t nap today and get an early night to optimise my 5am lie in tomorrow..

fell asleep on the sofa for 30 mins playing sims, woke up to 3 of my sims in urns.

i’m not okay.

today i made my youtube shorts voiceover debut and the comments were filled with “where are the normal narrators” “women” “what is this voice”

contrast to a colleague who made his debut a few days ago, no such comments.

motorsport still has a long way to go in terms of inclusivity.
