I forgot to post my progress on my Demeter WIP

Same fresco! Fresco depicting Isis - resplendent in a sheer white chiton and white himation - receiving Io at her sanctuary in Canopus. Here, Isis is transforming Io - sitting on the shoulder of a dark brown sea god - back into a human woman, after Zeus had turned her into a cow, to protect her from the wrath of Hera. Isis has an Egyptian cobra - an asp - wrapped around her arm, and her son Harpocrates, finger to his lips, is at her side. Interesting details include a silver caduceus and situla and golden sistrum (rattle), in the hands of the priest who hails the transformative miracle. There is beautiful fresco work done in the color and reflection in the folds of Io’s garment - a pale plum colored himation with a light blue border, looking very much like reflective silk - and the satiny reflective dark skin of the marine deity on which she sits. 4th Pompeiian style fresco from the Ekklesiasterion of the Temple of Isis, Pompeii, where the temple’s most precious and holy objects were kept. Note the crocodile at the bottom; Isis’ son, little Harpocrates, at his mother’s side, finger to his lips; and the golden sistrum, and silver caduceus and situla held up by the priest.
