Donkey Kong was very fun. The last part was cool and I’m sure some people might not like it but I think they nailed it. Feels goofy to avoid posting Donkey Kong spoilers but I think there’s cool surprises and I like the things they build up.

Policenauts was a wild time and you can see Kojima doing all his shit. It’s space Lethal Weapon but then it’s about space radiation giving everyone cancer and the drug and organ trade markets that pop up from that. Playing it on cool fall nights a couple years ago is a great recent gaming memory.

When I looked at the place the lady who owns it kept calling it an attic and kept telling me I would never sleep up there since I guess there’s no way to escape in a fire. It does get so hot up there though. Those upper floors are inhospitable in the summer. Hoping fall makes it bearable

W place is so fun. Love seeing what people are drawing around Buffalo or seeing people decorate cities in Japan with characters from anime that take place there.

I was lucky enough to see it in 2011, 2012, and 2014 and really cherish the memories and even listen to those songs still. I’m glad you’ve continued doing it and maybe I’ll finally go to DC for Otakon and see it again.

Asking the robot to flirt with your wife, write your essays, and draft interpersonal communication is gonna hollow us out if it’s widespread. Treating talking to each other as another task or productivity thing that can be refined by the computer won’t end well.
