I woke up with my entire body teetering on the edge of the bed & a high degree of pressure behind me. Why? My pup had pressed herself so tightly against me from head to toe that there was no air between us, then pushed against me so hard we were nearly falling off the bed together. I loved it 🫶

& went to confer with chef. Upon return she asked if I ate egg whites? I’m easy-going but don’t think it’s asking too much to know what vegan means in 2025 in restaurant industry

Experienced the most renewing sound bath set in a perfect space to reset. Immersed in sound, I went into a trance and emerged a refreshed woman. The facilitator had nearly 100 crystal bowls, all perfectly tuned. But the coolest part was when he played an all crystal didgeridoo 🤯

View from a train. I took the newish Brightline from Orlando to Miami & can’t say enough good things! Best way to travel — looking out window at the cute coastal towns passing by + reading a great book, all w/ none of the airport or traffic stress. Highly recommend!
