as far as I remember/understand, the benefit of UDIMs is memory usage and detail. It's better to have 4 4K textures instead of a single 16K texture, and at the same time you can get a higher degree of detail. It's not very important/useful for games, but animation and realism probably benefit a lot.

Looks great! If you're looking for ideas - smaller/tiny doorways around the rooms suggesting/;allowing smaller sized avatars for more size shenanigans.

You could try messaging them with something like "hey, I remember you wanting to do something with my character. I am still willing to get an actual commission if that is possible" or something to that effect. Like, position it like you are still ready to pay, I dunno...
