I think the trick is to drink slowly! That way the bladder fills slower, and has more time to expand without suddenly wearing down the muscles!

After 14 hours of holding and some very mean teases by friends, I was able to measure my capacity for the first time! Coming out to a near exact 1500ml, if my bottle can be trusted
