After 3 days of fairly stable mast cell symptoms, I worked on the memorial painting of Offie (my husband's grandfather) and went into anaphylaxis. Of course. If I lose one more creative outlet because my body is a massive drama queen I'm going to scream.

Hopefully it's just that brand of paint...

Decided to do some research, look at ticket sales, called a theatre that only sold 9 seats for a late viewing of Wicked at 9:30p to 12:30a, asked them if that was a accurate count for that time, and then told me he found a way for me to see the movie, in a theater, safely. So I did some fun (4)

But yesterday was date night, we have one weekend a month set aside specifically for date night. Chris and I prioritize time together outside of medical help, outside of parenting, outside of home planning and maintenance... So we can keep our relationship healthy. So this wonderful man (3)

Silver screen. From being high risk and immunocompromised, to timing medical device alerts so they aren't disruptive, safely doing medical tasks without a huge contamination risk, health anxiety, agoraphobia, mast cell reactions to big emotions.... I truly never imagined being able to go. (2)

So proud of myself for telling my anxiety and agoraphobia to fuck off for date night yesterday. I haven't been to a traditional movie theater in over 5 years. We have a drive in nearby, so we usually go there, but it's closed for the winter. I thought I would never be able to see Wicked on the (1)
