been taking a break from a lot of things, but in the meantime, I've been getting back into photography and having so much fun with it! ✨

Making a hay roof material + mesh set up was something that was more challenging than I expected! There was a lot of experimentation that went into this, which eventually lead to the final chunky roofs I made for the houses. The final result is a lot more optimized than in the first screenshots.

I just got laid off.

Gutted. I loved Heart Machine. They were good to me. My only regret is that I couldn't stay.

Today on #NatureIsAConceptArtist something a little closer to home, Fingal's Cave (Scotland).

It's a sea cave formed entirely from hexagonal basalt columns, similar in structure to the Giants Causeway in Northern Ireland.

I uploaded more of my work for Wayfinder! I had to make a set of Farm houses for our area called "Frostmarch", both intact and destroyed. With that came some R&D for chunky hay roofs.
