I keep thinking that the benefits need to be better for younger generations to care and "come back" to the workforce. BUT to be fair, I don't think ya'll want younger workers in the workforce to begin with because companies don't want to pay workers at all. (Hence wanting AI, etc).

Sadly, I don't think anyone is "retiring" anymore but at some point the youth does need to take the jobs...🫤 However, nobody is training us for them (including those younger than me) and it's pushing us out the corporate world...Many of us are in entrepreneurial jobs and gig work instead now.

"Gen Z is unemployable" all while not wanting to train new workers on the job, only wanting people who have already experienced the job and can do it, and only retaining workers they already worked with.

I wonder what's the solution when younger gens can't get into work and ya'll age out
