4. It is fun to see what scenes or lines or twists hit for you guys on here. Always awesome when there's something I think will work and then it lands. I like the buildup to the episodes and I like the recaps. Anyone talking up the show has my thanks!

3. Nothing new to share. I know there are a lot of fans over at Prime who really champion the show so I'm hoping for great news but not sure when the timing will be. Thanks for watching though and tell everyone who has been holding out for binging, now's the time!

2. I'd most relate to Sam Johnson. Just wants to be part of the team but the higher-ups... it's all political... maybe you can put in a good word for me?

1. Since this is my only social media, my perception's based on comments skewed in my favor because you like the show if you're looking here. I see where it falls in the world on Amazon's top 10 each week but that can be apples to oranges. Also, my brother texts me what he likes or doesn't.

An amazing episode this week. The tension in almost every scenario was palpable. Loved the return of long/ overhead shots this time making me feel I was seeing what the sniper was seeing, great guest stars like Troy and Tooks and just loving intuitive Mark Meachum.I could watch him forever.

The fourth episode of Countdown is up today. As a reward for watching, I'll give you this photo I took on the second day of shooting.

3. You asked two questions! I'll answer this one (and thank you for the nice words... the cast IS fantastic.) I think there are no guarantees in life, and shows are more interesting if you don't know what's coming next. Although... my wife loves spoilers so she doesn't get anxious... not me!

5. Critics work hard and have a tough job. The ones who liked Countdown are obviously brilliant and talented. The ones who didn't, well, you can't get it right all the time, and you'll get 'em next time! 😀 The truth is that renewal will be based on whether or not viewers show up each week.

4. I should have a better answer for this but I don't have my tech advisors with me... in fact, let me get back to you on this one. I think it has to do with if they're expecting a firefight or it's a pre-planned raid versus rolling up to interview or surveilling or UC. But don't quote me!
