🚍Access Link
First, a correction: the overall number of concerns per passenger did not decline in December but remained stable. It stayed stable in January as well, down 1% compared to December. Service-related concerns & complaints about service providers slightly increased.

🚍Bus
Similar to the other modes, concerns per passenger increased strongly compared to December. The rise affected all categories and was largely driven by weather conditions — including salt used to address slippery conditions — impacting access to stops & bus cleanliness.

🚋Light Rail
After a relatively strong month December, the concerns-per-rider ratio increased again in January, rising above target. Station cleanliness and condition drove most of the increase, with seasonal issues affecting many exposed stations.

🚆Rail
After a modest decline in December, rail concerns per 10,000 passengers rose 35% in January. The increase across all lines was driven by severe weather, with extreme cold and a snowstorm causing delays, cancellations, and overcrowding.

Hi Brian. From my understanding, until the switches are back in service, there will be no airport stops in either direction. Hopefully they’ll be back online soon. Check the website tomorrow morning.

🔹 All Morris & Essex Lines & the Montclair-Boonton Line will operate to Hoboken instead of NY Penn due to the Portal Bridge Cutover.
🔹 Atlantic City Rail Line will operate on a regular weekday schedule, no bus diversion.
⚠️ Expect crowding. Capacity will be limited under the holiday schedule.

Tomorrow, 2/24:
🚆Trains will operate on a President's day schedule BUT:
Due to snow-covered switches, NEC trains will operate between Trenton & Metropark, then run express to Newark Penn for travel to Secaucus & NY Penn — skipping intermediate stops.
