Agreed. Best in Show is a notch above the rest, but this crew is always a delight. They’re all absolutely worth the time.

Yeah! I thought it was a pretty tight system, eliminated the general collusion concerns about renting. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I also wasn’t going to allow it to be a 1 to 1 trade. I was gonna have the team who wanted to offer the rental just put the player up for auction, so there wouldn’t be any dirty deals under the table.

I made a strong push to add this in my big crazy bankroll league. I felt like as long as the stipulations were public it would work great and would be a great way for teams that were out of the running to get extra bankroll.

You ever watch a movie and think to yourself that one of the actors looks like somebody else… and then that completely takes you out of the movie every time they are on screen?

Totally ruined this movie because one of the actors looks like they could be a McPoyle.

While this is almost certainly true, they aren’t in my head. They won’t be able to stop the connections my brain is gonna make between “I can be 100% myself with this person” + “it feels good being authentic with someone” = “this person is my friend”.

Is it bad that I don’t want to go to therapy because I suspect I’ll be like Neil Flynn on Shrinking and just want to treat my therapist like my best friend?

I’m worried that therapy will just end up feeling like another person I wish was my friend, but I can’t hang out with for 1 reason or another.

Friends: I love talking with you all… but I’m TERRIBLE at commenting on YOUR posts.

I tell myself I’m ‘too much’, if I comment as much as I’d like and I’ll push you away. Or I tell myself that I have to be a certain version of me so I don’t scare you off.

Fixable, or do I just need therapy?

This is the same way I watch things:

…when I recognize a ‘bad guy of the week’ on a network TV show.

Annual reminder that New Year's resolutions can be fun things that make you happy, like watching more movies, reading more books, and reaching out to friends more often.

I’m not a writer, really… but I think I’d be good at casting. My other idea is Anna Kendrick, Tina Fey, and Lea Thompson playing a family.

Don’t care what the plot is, I want to see that movie.
