I recently started a project to hike every named peak in Deschutes national forest. This weekend we checked off four.

Sorry I haven't been around a lot. I was getting a Bachelor's degree, camping, growing plants, and hiding from this nightmare of a political landscape.

I'm really excited to announce that I am not running for Deschutes County Commissioner.

Housing costs have been stable but remain elevated. Three departures in-progress in my circle: one because of climate change, one because of the cost of living, one looking for opportunity elsewhere.

Getting real tired of all the cool people I like being around having to move out of Bend.
