An Update on Brio 0.6.0, and offline MCDF Support

well, when people can't shut the fuck up about plugin use and, intentionally or otherwise, disrupt vanilla gameplay to such a monumental degree (hello summer beach bash), it's inevitable that toys will get taken away.
