Little Alex Horne in his studio chair with the caption "so a simple task: land a fair blow anywhere on the green knight. One year later meet him at the green chapel, receive the same blow yourself."
A cut to a wider shot showing Greg Davies in his throne turning to Little Alex Horne subtitled "Well surely no one just ran up and whanged his head clean off."
Cut back to Little Alex Horne subtitled "Let's see Gawain first."
Looks like the original has been swept away by the sands of time.

Greg Davies: Walked out of the underworld. Didn't look back once. Job done!
Orpheus: Thanks
Alex Horne: We did want to show you one more clip of when he came out...
Greg Davies: Great task, well done. Didnβt eat a thing.
Persephone: Thank you.
Alex Horne: Ah. Well. Letβs take another look at that pomegranate.
I don't think it was well publicised. I was learning to drive at the time which helped. I still find it confuses pedestrians sometimes when I stop for them at junctions

23.02.2026 15:12 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Whaling For over 150 years Dundee men were involved in the dangerous job of hunting whales, drawn by the possibility of large profits. The City's textile trade needed whale oil to soften jute fibre, and Dundee became Britain's premier whaling port. Whaling took place in the Arctic seas during summer. Many Dundee men and ships were lost in the hazardous Arctic ice. The industry came to an end just before the start of the First World War, after heavy fishing destroyed the whale stocks. Its loss was a serious blow for Dundee, affecting not only the supply of whalebone and oil but whole industries like shipbuilding, blacksmithing and leather tanning.
the McManus museum in Dundee certainly does
