In NYC having the time of my life with my dearest of friends. Having a quiet moment crying to myself thinking about how I would have missed all of this if I’d acted on those thoughts and drove into that tree almost two years ago. I would have missed everything. But I’m here and I’m so happy.

When I was 29 I took a ten hour train to go visit my friend instead of a two hour plane bc I was scared to be on a plane alone 😭

It’s been one year since I started therapy and I’ve done so many things, and gone so many places, and seen so many friends, and healed in ways I didn’t know I needed to. Forever thankful for the support I have from my friends, family, and community. 💚

Something so sweet about watching my cat who’s been napping in her bed for hours get up and relocate once I finally get into my own bed just so she can resume sleeping next to me 🥺✨

A year ago today, my cat Binx got out in the middle of the night and did not survive. We were devastated to lose her like that and it's still hard even now.
