I hope they do a Bomberman 64 collection next(with the racing game on the PlayStation). I think the n64 library is generally kind of boring but bomberman I think peaked in that early 3D era

You either didn’t understand what I said or misread/ignored it. The impetus for the example laws to be made was public pressure. That is power. Without that, those laws aren’t created. Also we’ve seen open disregard for the law from this administration. It’s important but it’s not everything

It’s not a myth. Laws often come after political pressure from unelected groups of regular people. Real life examples include women’s right to vote, the civil rights movement, the fair labor standards act.

If you are a known liar that certainly hurts reelection chances. It’s also useful to build political literacy in your community so people are actually making informed decisions. Primaries are of course important and we need good candidates to actually run. Sometimes these seats aren’t contested.

I definitely don’t have the answers to fix the US but I think it’s important to be building sources of power outside of elected office for as long as that is a place that isn’t accountable to you. I also think it’s useful to call out officials for not doing what their constituents want.
