We went with the affordable and easy to install option: hellotushy.com
There's a lot of newer stuff on there, but we got a pair of the "Tushy SPA" version and hooked up to the hot water line under the sink. We've been using them for about 4 years now, and have had zero issues.
The gamble worked - this is literally my favorite piece of work from the entire Pern series.
