One eastern Oregon clinic is a health care ‘lifeline.’ Medicaid cuts threaten its existence • Oregon Capital Chronicle Oregon Planned Parenthood affiliates depended on about $17 million in Medicaid funding in the 2024 fiscal year.

This clinic is about an hour northwest of Boise, Idaho's most populated area. Now that Idaho has a near-total abortion ban that has also made routine reproductive health care more difficult to obtain, about 80% of the clinic's clientele came from out of state.
