Update: I have since befriended the spiders. They took my construction advice and built a new and improved web in a much better location for us to cohabitate. They’re kind souls.

AND they caught a lantern fly in it. So it’s going well so far.

I spent 5 min explaining to a large spider why I had to destroy their web spanning a door to my house. I felt terrible. But when I found out about that news the other day. I LOL’d. Sorry not sorry.
