Judge Frank Caprio, who enjoyed a wide following on social media due to his kind approach in his Rhode Island courtroom, has died.

His approach earned him Emmy nominations and a nickname as the "Nicest Judge in the World."

Caprio was 88 years old.

The announcement was made by Takeshi Hakamada, Founder and CEO of ispace, at a press conference held in front of the company’s HAKUTO-R Mission Control Center in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, Japan. Should conditions change, there are three alternative landing sites that are being considered with different landing dates and times for each.
