Several drawings of a "humanoid" version of Bill Cipher. He is tall, with unusually long limbs, and severely emaciated. His face has no features except for a mouth, and his teeth are straight, drawn separated, and yellow. He's wearing a stiff piece of presumably clothing that is yellow, that looks like an upside down triangle, with a brick pattern on the top part, and a hole in the center through which a large eye that grows in his chest sees. He has a bow tie on, and a very small straight collar on his top fabric piece. His skin is a very dark gray, and he wears a black floor length skirt with a split over the right leg, buttoned all the way up to the waist. His tongue is blue and becomes very long at will. Two fake legs are on the outfit, and they bend at the knee to frame his head on either side akin to horns at certain angles. Each hand has four fingers. Because of the silhouette, when viewing him standing normally, he appears to be a distorted version of Bill Cipher, except upside down! He has an eye in his chest, but also in his mouth behind his teeth. One of the drawings shows him standing normally in full, next to a small drawing of an upside down bill cipher to demonstrate the intended effect, saying "ta da!" In the top left, Bill's mouth is open, yellow teeth bare and his eye stares out of his mouth, blue tongue curling around his own neck and flipping upwards in a loose curl next to his face. In the bottom left, he hunches forwards, mouth wide open and showing his eye sitting on his tongue, reaching forward with a four-fingered bony hand. The eye in his chest and head have jagged pupils, and ribs peek out around the perimeter of his chest-eye like teeth. On the right side, is a full body image excluding the left arm and the legs below mid-calf. His head is tilted, smiling with open teeth to show his eye looking at the viewer, with a half-lidded sort of smug expression, bony knee visibly coming forward in the slit of his skirt.

A little graphic of a yellow cat ear with blue ear fluff and a "twitch" sound effect is by Bill's head. an arrow pointing to him has text that says, "sound hybrid of the predator clicking sound and a cougar purr" and "skin texture of dense and stiff suede?" in the bottom left there's a drawing of Bill staring straight forward gleefully with a big smile and open mouth, that doesn't have an eyeball in it, saying, "we all out of eyeballs!" with a suspiciously eyeball shaped bump in his neck. On the right, Ford looks shocked, hands instinctively coming together in front of him, as Bill looming from his side, spits the eyeball out with his tongue extended to direct it, flinging it into Ford's open hands with a big smile. Ford is catching the eyeball with a horrified shout, as bill gleefully responds with "OOPS!" in all caps, with a heart in the exclamation point. In small text, ford says, "be more careful!"

On the bottom right, ford looks up in a sort of enamored awe at Bill, who's much taller than him, hunching forward towards him, head still almost a foot over his head. His mouth is open, teeth parted, both eyes with jagged pupils fixed on Ford's face. Bill's right leg is up, and right arm comes down, beckoning outwards so that his hand gestures close to right behind Ford's head. Bill's right leg is coming out of the slit in his skirt, total darkness slightly visible as the interior of the fabric. The side angle shows the sides of Bill's ribcage, showing the brick pattern carved into his skin underneath the brick pattern sitting on the yellow covering. His left arm disappears off canvas. In the top right corner, there's a little upside down bill cipher, and the text reading "free space". text written upside down underneath that reads, "do you get it guys lol! I'm like a fucked up moth with owl eyes! You know?" And a vague doodle of a moth with eyes on the wings.

this is my "Human" Bill Cipher design :)!! The big eye in his chest beats like a heart!
Also if asked why he keeps his eye in his mouth he'd say WELL HOW ELSE DO YOU KEEP IT WET. DUH !!
