If that didn't work, may I ask you to follow him again. Wait about two minutes, and unfollow him?

The labeler has issued a negation. Is the label still showing up for you?

You followed him at 2025-06-19T02:05:59.512Z, did you unfollow him almost immediately? I'm wondering if there was some sort of issue where the follow/unfollow happened too quickly for the labeler to save the information needed to undo the label.

Screenshot of a user profile or settings page showing three follower labels. The page displays:

1. “Jesse Singal Follower” - with explanatory text “This user follows Jesse Singal. This label can be removed by unfollowing Jesse Singal.”
2. “Tom Nichols Follower” - with explanatory text “This user follows Tom Nichols. This label can be removed by unfollowing Tom Nichols.”
3. “Megan McArdle Follower” - with explanatory text “This user follows Megan McArdle. This label can be removed by unfollowing Megan McArdle.”

Each section is displayed in a light gray box. In the bottom right corner, there’s a blue circular button with a white pencil/edit icon. This appears to be a social media platform’s feature for labeling users based on who they follow.

Attention: I have added three new labels. Please be advised that backfilling has not occurred, so at the moment they only apply to new followers of these accounts as of yesterday evening.
