Almost all the cultural spaces and restaurants I've been in recently have switched to gender neutral toilets. It's indicative of how Labour's rabid hatred of trans people feels bizarre to so much of civil society which is asking itself, 'what drugs is Labour on, and how do we ban those?'

Tomorrow Wes Streeting will remove trans minors ability to access, and doctors to prescribe, cross-sex hormones.

Try as it might Labour will never eradicate trans people. They cannot, and should not, change who they are. All Labour will do is make trans lives harder - with more harm and more death.

Streeting is not able to stop all access to hormones. He can stop safe access, and that's what he's doing. Hurting kids, that's what he's doing.
