In hs I watched the overtly queer anime adaptation of “No. 6.” One of the leads adapts to his postapocalyptic environment by using a gender fluid stage persona. In a harsh world he helped preserve culture while freeing herself artistically. 🤦‍♀️ i envied her portrayal of Ophelia, yet i was still cis
