It's frustrating how it's been surreptitiously and insidiously pushed out, as though the idea of going "SURPRISE, YOU'VE BEEN USING IT ALL ALONG" will somehow make it ok.

I feel much the same.

We want to offer something physical, practical, and all we can offer is the intangible. It's still got meaning, but it's a balm on the wound rather than something to aid healing.
