Step 5) Cook the veggies and boil some pasta as sidequest during main quest of Step 4

Step 6) Combine it all together in a big pot and feast.

Step 4) Turn up heat on sauce then mix corn starch w/half & half in seperate container and vigorously stir to eliminate all clumps. Then pour that liquid slurry into into the sauce while stirring constantly. The test for me is does the spoon sink or not, if not the alfredo sauce is thick enough.

Step 4) Slowly pour the half & half into the mixture in incremental stages while stirring frequently. Neglecting stirring can result in parmesean burned to the bottom of the pot and adding too much too fast can create a sauce that isn't homogenous. Hot not boiling till you are ready to thicken.

Step 4) While the butter is still melting down add the garlic and start stirring gently. Once the butter is melted add the parmesean until the garlic butter is buried then stir.

Step 4) The Alfredo Sauce, we going to be on step 4 for a minute so let's get going.

Gather the ingredients unsalted butter, garlic, parmesean cheese, half & half aka table cream, and corn starch. Then get a pot to cook this in starting with the butter.

Step 3) Chicken, chop up and season that chicken. Then cook it up.
