I am all but certain tgat Halo and Bungie devs joined Gearbox for Borderlands 4. There is too many similarities of flavour and function to not see this as a Halo Infinite / Borderlands 4 mash up... And I'm all for it.

With the ROG Xbox Ally Black expecting to be $1600 I was at first taken aback but then I realised that Apple and Samsung releases phones for $2000AUD because they fold or have good cameras. With a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, the Ally is essentially a great W11 laptop.

I have three types of #TTRPG characters.

- The mastermind. Always thinking of out of the box solutions to situations for the party.
- The fool. Charging head first into trouble for no other reason than 'Deciding what to do is taking too long'.
- The Intimidator. Making NPC's uncomfortable for fun.

I enjoyed this movie.

Also the AI's plan was to get all the nukes of every country, country by country and only fire all the nukes once it has it all so it can destroy the world so it can live in a datacentre for thousands of years until the world resets for some reason dontthinkaboutit.

Also, this old man for 13 years has had the coordinates to this blown up submarine in his head, known off by heart because one day it might become important to AI taking over the world but doesn't know AI has overtaken the world and doesn't care to ocassionally check in with the world.

And any time that they said 'The Entity' I couldn't help laugh, because they're actually just saying 'ChatGPT'.

Also Luthor singlehandedly creating a bazillion petabyte a second hard drive in his little tent that no one ever created before BY HAND and was all like "Here ya go. Put the AI into this. It'll take 100ms to transfer." Also, you'll be 5km away from any wireless but it will still work.

Having the first third of their movie be full of flashbacks to all the other movies and both villains and the POTUS telling Tom Cruise how great he is and what amazing things that he did and he saved the country millions of times and we all should be thankful... but he should turn himself in.

(Oh and spoilers) How did they think that Tom Cruise threatening to kill himself with a fake cyanide tic tac in his mouth against the main villain (because the AI wants him for some key that can be easily repilicated by Aliexpress) was going to be anything short of not fucking hilarious?

Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning Part 2 (aka Tom Cruise vs. AI) is one of the most ADHD riddled terribly built action movies with the most interesting stunt and set pieces I've ever seen. I had a great time. (Thread ensues).

True, but it's the natural way i rest my hands while i play. I have an octo-gate too. But I can't imagine using it for fighting games. I mainly use it for sidescrollers, platformers and shootem ups.

I'm a bat top fan, personally. They're great for me as I have huge hands. They stop my fingers from needing to grasp around the metal.

If it's any consolation, the PS3 version ran sub-30 as well. I guess theyre trying to be faithful to the previous console port. 😂

I'm a little overwhelmed with gaming decisions this week. Taken 2 days off this week to sink my teeth into Doom: The Dark Ages. Still intend on playing through God of War Ragnarök which has also inspired me to play the original trilogy. And I want to fit Bioshock Infinite somewhere in between.
