They've spent hours this week trying to make sure that guides and skiers are appropriately matched, putting out fires from early morning to late at night as people get sick, injured, or are not compatible in some way. They even stepped in to help with the technique sessions that I organized.

Meet the 2025 Ski for Light, Inc Guide Training Coordinators, Scott Fischer and Doug Powell. Two of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet, this pair has been working hard for months to make sure all guides are properly oriented and trained.

There is nothing sweeter than giving classic ski tips to a pair of expert downhill skiers. Weight shift, flexion and extension, pressure and release, glide, balance - by the end of the trail they were killing it! And so happy to be sliding on snow, whatever it takes ❄️❤️⛷️
