As he saw Lex turn the corner, Cole ran towards him, electricity surging through his body
“…you son of a bitch!”
-c- He slid underneath the trooper, getting behind and slapped a sticky electrical grenade to the trooper’s back. Cole stepped back and snapped his fingers
“Boom.”
The electrical grenade exploded, sending the trooper crashing into the wall behind him, before falling back down into the floor
Cole’s face was riddled with bullets, staggering him. He quickly put up a shield of electricity, taking a moment to recover as the bullets were destroyed and converted back into energy. As Cole began to heal and recharge, he let out a laugh
“Heh. Yeah man. Thanks for the recharge.”

Cole used one of his lightning tethers to pull away one of the troopers from Mara and Lena, leaving them to deal with just one, not counting the captain.
“I got this guy! Save your kid!”

Each blow felt like he was being hit by a truck. He repeatedly fired electric bolts at the trooper beating him senseless against the wall
“Son of a bitch…”
he created a blade of electricity in his hand and gave the trooper an uppercut, managing to knock him away, giving Cole a moment to catch-c-
Cole ran to the trooper who was melting the ice and created restraints out of electricity, pinning the man to the ground
“Oh, no you don’t.”
he smirked, stepping on him
“These guys are all bark no bite”
