I purchased my first personal motor vehicle today - a 30km/h vintage moped from 1981. 🛵

Vehicles make me anxious, as I experienced several very serious accidents before the age of 14.

Figured this would be a good first step towards finally getting my driver's license. 👀

I've got an issue with the fact that SO MANY influencers are hopping on the bandwagon when it comes to the game "No, I'm not a Human".

Why?

It's made by a Russian studio - ipso facto funding the Russian state and their extermination war against Ukraine.

This is just my opinion but people need to allow themselves to be bored more often.

Boredom leads to the brain wanting to find things to occupy itself with, it's for example how I got into mushroom picking, baking, jam-making, foraging and gardening.

Big step towards this -> put your phone away.

Case in point:
Dungeon Keeper 2, Diablo, Heroes of Might and Magic 3, Diablo 2, Age of Empires etc etc.

There are some new games that are really good but the majority of those come from indie devs as they don't have to make formulaic games to please a bunch of greedy money men... not yet anyhow.

I still spend a lot of time on my PC but I limit this time as well, more than I used to and I use it differently than before.

Every situation is different and whatever you can do to live a richer life is worth doing, not matter how small the change is.

Be bored, find new interests, live richer. 👍

Not surprised to learn they're part of the same family of burbfrens (Cotingidae).

I also got a pretty nice haul of mushrooms last Friday.

Walking home from work today I found a nice haul of one of my fav mushrooms. 🤤

The common English name is "horse mushroom", scientific name is Agaricus arvensis and Swedish name is snöbollschampinjon.

⚠️ Be careful with white mushrooms and don't eat anything you're not 100% sure about. ⚠️

Today's mushroom haul, mostly field mushrooms, made for a wonderful potato, onion and mushroom stew. ❤️

I think I also found some puffballs (nearest camera), but I'm unsure. Going to ask a mycologist, luckily I don't think it's possible to confuse them for anything else. 🤔
