Four seasons wine cake looks like a chocolate Bundt on a cooling rack with pecan crust and cherries on top. In hindsight I wish I had used the left over cherry juice in the glaze. Picture taken before glaze
I made a four seasons wine cake for my friend Saturday that we enjoyed on Sunday. It turned out quite nice. I used tart cherries instead of merechino and I used yogurt in place of the water like in the ricks rum cake. I used chocolate pudding instead of vanilla for the deeper chocolate flavor.
