So they got a lawyer and asked Harry to sign away his rights so Draco’s husband can be Scorpius’s father. Harry instead immediately sued for full custody of Scorpius causing a full blown legal battle.

7 years later Draco is happily married in France raising Scorpius. Everything was fine till Scorpius needed to be picked up from school. Sadly since Draco’s husband isn’t Scorpius’s actual father, he wasn’t allowed to. And they realized this could be a bigger problem if Scorpius ever got hurt.

Draco was upset since the next day Harry and Ginny were announcing their engagement and pregnancy. When Draco found out he was, he sent Harry letters and even tried to tell him in person but Harry sent each one back unopened and refused to speak to him.

So Harry was sleeping with Draco after the war as he started his auoror training. At the same time he was with Ginny but didn’t tell Draco, he said they were over. Eventually Ginny got pregnant so he dumped Draco.

So I’ve been watching drop dead diva a lot(law show) and I now want to write a fic about Draco being sued by Harry for custody of their child Scorpius. I’m going to pop off here in a few.
