What are you talking about?!! Putin invaded Ukraine and occupied Crimea in 2014 while Obama was the President. Obama did nothing! Almost nothing. A few sanctions here and there. Obama could have given Putin such strong response that Putin wouldn’t dare to attack in 2022.
