On the 14th of January it'll mark one year since my ex husband died (presumed, he wasn't found for 2 months), my mother's stem cell treatment for her lymphoma, and my diagnosis of ADHD.

For the longest time I thought I could control that by worrying. I can't.
Just be present. Tell people you love them. Make the compliment. Have each other's backs. Don't be afraid to laugh even in the darkest time
In December 2024 I made the mistake of assuming 2025 was going to be a better year. Instead 2025 said "hold my beer" and demolished the lives of people closest to me.
This December I shall not make such a bold statement. Life is unpredictable.

Yeah. Mother had a fall and broken her pelvis. As well as waiting for a shoulder replacement and being generally under the weather.
