If you're into realism, Kingdom Come Deliverance is pretty great. A bit dark and gritty, given the setting is 1400s Bohemia, but you can play at your own pace and literally talk your way through everything. There's an achievement for going full pacifist.

This morning I realized that I've ALWAYS referred to my brain as "she", like how people do with cars.
