is "fellow sage" what they went with for 同期殿? not only is that brutally clunky it's basically the only thing he ever calls her, including in contexts where there are 5 other "sages" in the room, so good luck with that

The one great way to do this is "ask an untranslated-eroge themed discord server full of mildly to moderately deranged obsessives"

Why context matters when translating:
前 can mean forward, or it can describe something happening beforehand.
後 can mean back, or it can describe something happening afterward.

The remaster TL guessed wrong without knowing the usage context of the words. (The original TL had it right)
