A robin on a mossy tree branch - head cocked skyward. The leafy background is out of focus. I've played with the contrast, exposure, and saturation to produce a significantly edited image. The robin is still clearly visible and recognisable, but the colours and contrasts are much more extreme - acidic, vivid - not sure how to describe.

A discussion elsewhere about post production in #photography - I mostly take pictures for documentary purposes, aside from cropping I generally leave as is. How about you? #bird #birds #robin
