This is how Grady spends his weekday mornings. After breakfast, he comes upstairs with me, waits patiently as I make the bed, and then has me lift him onto the bed so he can snoozle until playtime. He even has a fan blowing a gentle breeze on him. It’s a dog’s life.

I fell off the wagon in the summer but I am now smoke free.

Reunited with my favourite (equine) girl, Summer, after 5 weeks (she was recuperating after a procedure). We had an amazing ride today and coincidentally(?) my riding confidence also returned today. Can’t wait to ride her again tomorrow!

Finally upgraded my gym space from the basement to the 2nd floor. Workouts are so much more pleasant with lots of space and natural light.

I made 4 gingerbread cakes today and had to immediately freeze them so I don’t eat them ahead of this weekend’s events.
