I'm spending my time and money to explore food. I wanna know how we can get more necessary nutrients in things that taste better and have a longer shelf life without over processing. And this is just me on my own. Hope to learn way more when classes start in the summer.

First week at the new job and think it went well. I like the place, the menu, the flow of the kitchen. I enjoy the people and the non-corporate environment. The steady schedule is something I've needed.
