Yeah, I unfortunately had a similar experience when I did a replay of P4 in the form of Golden. While I think some of Golden's changes/additions are for the detriment of the game, a lot of my complaints are part of the OG game and its story, too.

The main cast as a whole was so good! Junpei is probably the most "he's literally me" character I've ever encountered.

I don't want the game milked forever, but if they gave me another fighter that served as a fun excuse for the P3 cast to make another appearance like P4AU?
