the only thing I wanna say to critics or haters of the Remake project: try managing expectations

I'm so sick of feeling like I have to justify how much I love my fav games because there is so many "critics" of it
at the end of the day it's art and I don't think there is right or wrong especially at the level that Remake and Rebirth are at
Its a piece of art. love it or hate it.
I love it.

I was thinking about making a video on how managing expectations can make or break a game for someone
But i realized I really dont wanna talk about how, why or if a game is good I just wanna have fun talking about the games I love, I don't wanna justify myself for loving my fav games

I finally bought Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe and played it last night! Super interesting game i can only recommend it, especially on sale

Firework Blade. And the climbing mount corel theme.

That move where Cloud launches Tifa up with his sword for a dive kick. Perfection.

One loves the other so much he's always in his head.

They are both clearly compensating with those swords.

I enjoy honkai star rail so much more now that I've decided I just won't pull for characters at all. Not caring about jades takes a lot of the stress from the game and events dailies etc

I don't think it needs any specific huge change
I feel like setting such expectations sets one up for possible disappointment. Weather there is some bigger twist or change or not matters less to me, than it actually being done well.
And I 100% believe that they will and can do that.

I'm soooo happy for Briana White and Cody Christian winning at the Golden Joystick Awards
So well deserved.

I was so surprised at helldivers 2
Especially the critics award. If meta critics is any indication of what critics think that doesn't even make sense 😭
