Our event is a conversation for education and empowerment, not a 'gotcha' moment for cameras, and we are sure that having this opportunity provided for you will go a long way to help promote your engagement efforts with those you serve as well.
Invitation sent to Representatives OFFICIAL LEWIS COUNTY COMMUNITY TOWN HALL INVITATION On behalf of “Appalachians at Work”, a non-partisan Lewis County Community Advocacy Group, you are formally invited to participate in our upcoming Community Town Hall focused on addressing critical local and regional challenges facing our community to give “Legislative Highlights and Community Updates” to your constituents. All elected officials, regardless of party affiliation, are encouraged to participate. The event will be live-streamed on multiple platforms and websites. If you are unable to attend, we will reserve a seat with your name and provide an opportunity for your constituents to ask questions on your behalf. A list of questions already submitted from your constituents is linked below along with attached FAQs and Expectations regarding the event. We received over 100 questions from your constituents in Lewis, Harrison, Upshur, Gilmer, and Marion Counties.
