It was kind of the Suns to at least give us a Christmas Day reprieve from our misery.

Back to reality now. We just can't have nice things for extended periods.

This Suns team can be really fun to watch when they play with this level of effort and activity. Would be nice if it became the norm and not an outlier.

All the credit in the world to Kirsten Bernthal Booth and the program she and her staff have developed at Creighton. Covering CU is how I learned about volleyball and came to really enjoy the sport. The Jays have come so far since those days.

Excited to head to Louisville to cover my 7th volleyball final four in my 10th year on the beat for Hail Varsity/Hurrdat Sports (Omaha, Columbus x2, Kansas City, Minneapolis and Tampa previously).

Never take for granted how lucky I am to cover a program that makes this a nearly yearly occurrence.

The roster doesn't have enough offenisve flexibility to have 54 PPG sitting on the bench in street clothes. Goign to have a hard time winning games as long as Beal and KD are both out.
