It will be a way to bring together folks who are engaged in local public history in a grassroots way so we can connect, share ideas, network etc... Wondering if folks in other cities have done this?

Preferring nonfiction, I rarely read fiction - let alone historical fiction. But...I really, really enjoyed Last Night at the Telegraph Club, a historical novel geared toward young adult readers. Set in 1950s San Francisco, it centers a Chinese American teenage girl discovering her queerness. #books
