I upgraded my hard drive this summer and was thinking about upgrading the ram as well, but thought I’d hold out until black friday to see if there were any deals

I appreciate you sharing your collection, it's always interesting to see what other people are playing. I've even added some of the games you've posted about to my own backlog!

I'm now at 0 quartz for the first time in 10 years 😭 she really drained me of the whole 2000+ stash, plus I had to speed run some interludes for a few more rolls

I've been playing FGO for 10 years but I pretty much only log on during summer and xmas (& halloween, when there's an event). So I've amassed a pretty hefty stock pile of quartz, which I always said I was saving for 5* Eli if we ever got one. This year it was time to put my money where my mouth was

decided to jump right into memoff 8 next (I guess I'm doing these backwards?). I always do a winter-themed vn around this time of year so maybe this can double as that

All in all, it definitely made me want to check out the other entries, though I hope they're a bit more lighthearted...

This was my first memoff so I had no idea what to expect. It ended up being way more dramatic than I thought it would. [Redacted] is the devil. I found the MC off-putting. The bad ends were brutal.

I think if you treat it like a B-movie you’ll have more fun with it than if you go in expecting something mind-blowing.

This suffered from glacial pacing and some pretty cheesy horror moments (I CAN FLYYY!!) but it still managed to convince me to stick around til the end.

Felt like reading non-fiction so I picked up Kurata Hideyuki's 倉本, a collection of his writings from the eroge magazine PC Angel. In the first chapter he:

I’m playing a project diva game for the first time in 13 years (f 2nd) and I forgot how much nicer it is to play rhythm games with actual buttons instead of on an ipad screen

of course, to make it fair they should also give everyone on the other servers a free koyuki

(signed, a jp sensei that really wants her but hasn't gotten spooked yet)

apparently blue archive global was hacked and had a bunch of assets replaced with koyuki. I suggest they give everyone a free koyuki after emergency maintenance as compensation
